Programming​​
This is no cookie-cutter programme. You’ll get a progressive strength & plyometric programme designed to make you stronger, faster, and more resilient week after week. I will work with you to build it around your goals, your running and your schedule.

Feedback & Accountability​
I'll not just build you a programme, I'll hold you accountable to it. You'll have regular check-ins & feedback to make sure you're showing up and doing the work properly & consistently.

Adaptability
I'll adapt your programme as you progress & periodise it as you get closer or further form your target races. If your circumstances change (travel, new gym, new goal etc.) then your programme will change with it.

No Commitment​
Sometimes things don't work out, and maybe I'm not the right coach for you. I'm not here to try and tie you into a contract or minimum spending period, which is why you can cancel at anytime, for any reason.

Once You Sign Up​
You'll receive an email inviting you to my coaching app & a few other initial instructions to get the ball rolling. I'll then be in contact as soon as possible, we'll have a chat & lay out the plan moving forward!
